One of the most challenging aspects of designing multithreaded applications is handling the relationship between the UI thread and other threads. It is critical that the background threads you use in your application do not directly interact with the application UI. If a background thread tries to modify a control in the UI of your application, the control can be left in an unknown state. This can cause major problems in your application that are difficult to diagnose. For example, a dynamically generated bitmap may be unable to render while another thread is feeding it new data. Or, a component bound to a dataset may display conflicting information while the dataset is being refreshed. To avoid these problems, you should never allow threads other than the UI thread to make changes to UI controls, or to data objects bound to the UI. You should always try and maintain a strict separation between the UI code and the background processing code.

Regardless of your reason for deleting mac ros, you can delete them in two ways: You can delete an individual macro, or you can delete an entire macro project (which contains all the macros in a selected document or template).
